The third project meeting will take place November 22-24 in Malta. The host will be the Gozo Development Agency set up by the Gozo Regional Committee with the aim to support Gozo, the second island of the Maltese archipelago, to become an “eco-island” by 2020. The improvement and management of Gozo’s building stock is one of the policy priorities and the energy retrofit of public buildings is a central part of it. The strong network of public and private stakeholders, comprising all 14 Local Councils qualifies the Gozo Regional Committee as a particularly fitting key actor for introducing joint actions that involve the whole island. The meeting will be a precious opportunity to study the basic assumptions of ENERJ in a favourable context.
